ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM (ESS)

The ESS utilizes 3.2V314Ah single cells. These cells feature a prismatic aluminum shell design, which prevents mechanical damage to the cell surface and consequently reduces the risk of internal cell damage.

Each cell is equipped with a thin film explosion-proof valve, which ensures that in any extreme conditions (such as internal short circuits, overcharging, or over discharging), the rapidly accumulating gases inside the cell can be vented through the explosion-proof valve. This prevents the cell from thermal variation. 

The Battery Management System (BMS) monitors performance at cell level and alerts the user on any output change.

Each battery with multiple cells is tested at Integrity factory for output and safe operation at the cell level and at as an integrated ESS.
